Vertical is committed to providing you with quality products for outdoor sports. Therefore, all our products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects (upon presentation of proof of purchase). Our team is committed to constantly improving our products and making them evolve for better durability and optimum performance. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, Vertical will respond to your requests as soon as possible.
You can contact the After Sales Service for the following cases:
• Request a refund or a credit on the site
Warranty - Repair
• Complaint / defective product
• Request for repair
In the event of a refusal of warranty, we will inform you of the reason for this refusal and will be able to send you an estimate of the cost of the repair if possible.
The return of a defective product is subject to the authorization of the after sales service, the returned products will be obligatorily clean. Otherwise, the product will be returned to you without treatment.
The exchange concerns only a new product, never worn, returned in its original packaging, its label attached. Join the proof of purchase (invoice).
You have 30 days to return your order made online from the date of receipt of the product.
We will process your return within 30 days after the date of receipt of your products in our premises.
