Therefore, all our Vertical products are guaranteed 2 years from date of purchase for manufacturing defects (upon presentation of proof of purchase). Our team is committed to continuously improve its products and develop them for durability and optimum operation. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, Vertical agrees to respond promptly to your requests.

In a denial of a warranty, we will notify you of the reason for this refusal and will be when you send an encrypted quote for the cost of repair. The
