Make your return request via your customer account or the link at the bottom of this page.

Print and paste the provided return label.

Drop off your package at a relay point, post office or with the carrier of your choice (outside the EU).

Free exchanges

Return costs are offered for an exchange of size, color or product.

Return costs for a refund:

France €8 / European Union: €12

These costs cover the provided return slip and associated logistics costs. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is free to choose their carrier.
